I. Introduction
MQS air-tight test chamber is a new product designed and developed by our factory to meet the demand for fire control appliances. The equipment can be used in fire-control products that require air-tight tests in the numerous manufacturers and repair works of fire-control appliances.
The product is made up of thermostatic self-control system and features safety, reliability, simple operation and high efficiency. It is an ideal test device for manufacturers of fire-control appliances and repair works.

IV. Directions for Use
1. Connect the lead-in to the mains and turn on the key control switch (9 in the figure). The power indicator light (6) will be on, showing the main power is switched on. The voltmeter will indicate voltage of power source.
2. Add clean water to the air-tight chamber and adjust the temperature controller (1) to the required value.
3. Push the heating button (8). If the heating indicator light flashes, it shows the device is now working. When the temperature rises to the set value, heating will stop automatically.
4. Put the finished fire-extinguisher into the water chamber for air-tight test to see if leakage occurs.
5. In the circuit, zero voltage protection is provided. When power is cut off or voltage fails, normal work is possible only by pushing the heating button (8) again.
6. After the test is over, the control circuit should be cut off with the key (control switch, 9)
V. Instructions for Maintenance
1. The air-tight test chamber should be maintained by a special person and inspected regularly.
2. The test chamber should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated work place.
